| Email Settings |
| How to set up your email account for your web site hosted on Taylor Technologies Servers. |
| These screen shots are for Outlook 2000. The basic settings are the same but your screen may look different depending on your operating system. |
| Step 1. Open Outlook 2000. Click on "Tools" then "Accounts". See illustration below. |

| Step 2. On the general tab fill in the fields with your name, organization and email address. |

| Step 3. Click on the servers tab, the incoming POP3 server should match your web site. |
| (Example: if your web site is www.shinynewcars.com then your POP3 server would be mail.shinynewcars.com ) |
| The outgoing mail SMTP should be set to your local ISP (dial up provider, cable or DSL provider.) As an example, if you have DSL with Southwestern Bell in some areas your outgoing SMTP server would be mail.swbell.net If you cannot send mail through your local ISP then use the number in the illustration and call us for the outgoing password. LEAVE THE "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" BOX EMPTY. DO NOT PUT A CHECK IN THE "My server requires authentication" box unless you are using our outgoing server or your local ISP tells you to do so. |

| ONLY FOLLOW THE STEP BELOW IF YOUR
LOCAL ISP TELLS YOU TO OR WE ASKED YOU TO USE OUR OUTGOING MAIL SERVER.
OTHERWISE SKIP TO THE NEXT STEP. Step 4. If your local ISP tells you to put a check in the "My server requires authentication" box or if you are using our outgoing server, then click the settings tab and a box like the following illustration will appear. Put a check in the "Log on using" box, fill in the user name and password and put a check in the "Remember password" box. LEAVE THE "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" BOX BLANK. Click the OK button then select the "Advanced" tab and go to the next illustration. |

| Step 5. Make sure your settings match the ones below. Click OK then click OK to close the accounts box. Setup is complete. Send a test mail to your account. |
