Item 1. Domain Access:
By accessing this domain taylortechnology.com in any way, including sending electronic communication (email) you enter into an agreement between yourself and Taylor Technologies.

Use of any email addresses gathered from this site by visual or electronic means for marketing to the owners of this domain or to owners of email addresses ending with taylortechnology.com means you have read and agree to the following:

Item 2. Acceptable Use: Acceptable use of this site includes using content for information purposes to purchase products from Taylor Technologies, to view Products Taylor Technologies offers or to secure product support for products purchased from Taylor Technologies.

Item 3. Acceptable Use of  any email address ending in taylortechnology.com will be as follows:

A. You may send marketing emails to any taylortechnology.com user without the charges listed in Item 3.B by being on the following list:

dev.net

B: FEES: Taylor Technologies will be happy to handle your unsolicited email but you agree to pay the following fees to Taylor Technologies:

Payment of the domain owner the sum of $1,000,000.00 per use of this server to capture, store and or relay to the users of the domain mail.taylortechnology.com unsolicited email.

Unsolicited email means your email was not requested by users of taylortechnology.com domain.

Payment to the email owner the sum of $1,000,000.00 per email for each unsolicited email you send.

In addition, you agree that for each unsolicited email you send that has a fake return address you will pay the sum of an additional $1,000,000.00 to the domain owner and the email owner respectively.

In addition, you agree to pay the sum of $1,000,000.00 for each unsolicited email you send that does not have a unsubscribe method in the body of the email.

Item 4. Responsibility for affiliate programs: Any company sponsoring an affiliate program that pays a person for sending a link in the body of an email  through the taylortechnology.com domain will not be held responsible for the debt of handling their unsolicited mail PROVIDED they provide the Identity of their affiliate to include their name, address and email account as well as any credit card and bank routing numbers and any and all information they maintain about the affiliate within 48 hours of request from taylortechnology.com administrator. If the company refuses to do this they agree to assume the debt of their affiliate for sending their advertisement out for them and will agree to assume the place in this contract of direct sender of the unsolicited email.

Item 5. Rights to trial: You agree by sending unsolicited email advertisements to the owner of this domain and or any email addresses of this domain, that you waive your right to a trial and in lieu of payment of the above agreed monies within 30 days of request to do so, you will trade all your business holdings and interests to the domain owner and or email owner. You will allow the United States Federal Judge to confiscate these items and give them into possession of the owner of taylortechnology.com and or the email owner. You agree that no matter what country you live in you will abide by the governing law and place yourself under their jurisdiction as set forth in Item 6.
 

Item 6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be binding by the jurisdiction of the United States Federal Court:
